  • President / CEO
    Mark Woods is President of WAM Industries, Inc and is responsible for new business development, marketing, contract negotiation, due diligence analysis, and developing business to business relationships. Mark has served as CEO of WAM Industries, Inc. since 1997. WAM Industries is a for profit commercial construction management company incorporated in the State of Georgia.
    As CEO and acting president Mark’s responsibilities include marketing and developing operating procedures, running daily operations, and making the decisions that drive corporate growth. From 1996-1998, Mark served as a Project Manager for Precept Builders where his responsibilities included project scheduling and material procurement, budgeting, and point of contact for owner’s representatives and investors.
    Mark has a BS degree in Aeronautics with a concentration in business development from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, Daytona Beach Campus.

    Larry Gashi is Director of DoD Programs and provides both contract and project management direction for Federal and State Department of Defense customers.
    He has been in construction since 1978 with more than 269 completed projects ranging from military to commercial to specialty to international to his credit.
  • Senior Field Project Manager
    Lewis C. Miller is the Construction Operations Manger of VMC, LLC and is responsible for supervising project superintendents, coordinating multiple project schedules, client negotiations, subcontractor negotiations, and project completion. Prior to joining VMC, LLC, he served as President of Miller & Sons Concrete, Inc. for the past 18 years and his duties required him to supervise inventory control, contract negotiations with owners, developers and contractors, fulfill all financial responsibilities of the organization, assist clients in value engineering, market company in local and regional areas, and coordinate day to day operations.
    From January 1986 until December 1989, Lewis was the Plant Operations Manager for Nashville Concrete Company in which he coordinated the day to day operations of the concrete crews and the batch plant, set the day to day delivery schedule for drivers, assisted the accounts receivables with invoicing, and scheduled maintenance for all equipment.
    From June 1983 until December 1985, He served as Concrete Foreman for Camon Concrete. The responsibilities included project coordination, and quality control.
  • Senior Administrator
    Mark A. Miller is a Senior Project Manager , and is responsible for project research, project estimations, project scheduling, client negotiations, subcontractor negotiations, contract administration, and project completion. Prior to joining VMC, LLC., he served as Vice President of Miller & Sons Concrete, Inc. for the past ten (10) years and his duties required him to supervise inventory control, contract negotiations, and research markets and potential collaborations to increase sales. He also supervised the accounting department of the organization.
    From June 1994 until December 1997, Mark was a Laboratory Assistant with Geosyntec Consultants in which he assisted in laboratory testing and analysis, data control and analysis, and trained and supervised new laboratory technicians. From June 1994 until May 1997, He served as Assistant Director of Mentoring for a NASA funded program at Southern Polytechnic State University. The responsibilities included assisting the director with scheduling students and mentors, monitoring mentors, and mentoring at risk kids in alternative schools in the Cobb County and Marietta School System.

    Mark also serves on the Community Involvement Committee of the Associated Builders and Contractors of Georgia, In June 1997, he earned his Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering from Southern Polytechnic State University.

  • Tyrone Cloud is responsible for horizontal site work, reinforced structual projects and retaining loyal clients by building a reputation of integrity, knowledge and accountability. Tyrone duties include project planning, contract administration and estimating/cost control.
    He also is responsible for scheduling projects with Supervisors and employees. From 2006 to present Tyrone has been the VP of Operations for WAM Industries. Tyrone coordinates and executes a variety of construction projects and oversees all phases of projects including design changes, troubleshooting and problem solving. Tyrone is involved in the community, with coaching youth baseball for the last ten (10) years at Gresham Park in Decatur, GA. He also mentors young men from the ages of 12 to 18 not only in baseball but also in the game of life. Tyrone is a graduate of Valdosta State College with a degree in Business Management.
